Glen Eagles, at 93 Brompton Road, is one of the seven high-rise strata buildings built along the northern boundary of the Raleigh Park Estate as part of the original 1990s Mirvac / Westfield development. The building is registered under Strata Plan 39837 and has been independently managed ever since by its own owners' committee and appointed strata manager.
Though it sits within the wider estate and shares access to the estate's communal facilities — pools, tennis courts, community hall — Glen Eagles has its own by-laws, its own maintenance schedule, and its own building culture.
